I am on H1B since August 2009 and was a student (on F1 visa status) from July 2003 to July 2009. I bought a home in October 2009. Do I qualify for first-time homebuyer tax credit?

You qualify if you are married and you file jointly with your wife.

If you are single, you are out of luck!
