For my Noma thermostat, we found screen blank, so replaced batteries, ever since, we have been unable to get it to stop flashing display. No manual,, can you help?

For my Noma thermostat, we found screen blank, so replaced batteries, ever since, we have been unable to get it to stop flashing display. No manual,,, can you help?Believe it or not, but flashing display means low batteries.

Can you send model, series numbers?
