I have 2003 ford excursion that some time will not accelerate,engine run at idle but the gas pedal go dead , turn ignition switch off and restart then works OK , it happens intermitent , got codes P0113 - P2139 -P2140 . How can I fix it? Thanks in advance

Test/replace the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS).
