Hi! taalk121, welcome to AMHD :)

What minimum size AWG copper wire require to install with 200 Ampere service in Canada?

Borrowed from:
Manitoba Hydro's Residential Wiring Guide (http://www.hydro.mb.ca/customer_services/permits_and_inspections/electrical/residential_wiring_guide.pdf)
Right side halfway down pg11

#2/0 AWG with 90 C insulation
on the conductors is used with
a 200 amp service.

That's what I had installed when we went to 200amp.

Other Provinces may be different, where is you?
