I am a Malaysian. I have deposited almost three quarter of the money to buy a matrimonial property which eventually was put into her name. I have bank cheques to prove the transfer of money from my account into hers. We were supposed to get married on August last year but she created an issue to chase me out of the house with a false police report. I wanted to sue her to recover my money.
