When stopped at a red light my car shakes and acts like it's going to cut off(that's when the engine is cool)But when the engine is hot or on a hot day it does cut off and even sometimes when I'm driving it cut's off on a hot day or when the engine is hot

It could be a sticking choke. Best would be to take it to a mechanic and let them have a look. There are other causes but with today's car there is a list a mile long.
