I think you have a laundry system. If so, then here is what you will need to take apart:

1. Unplug machine.
2. Remove two screws holding panel in place under the knobs (the sloped panel).
3. Remove the 6 screws holding the panel underneath and remove panel.
4. Remove 2 outer screws (usually black) and the two square screws nearby from the console.
5. Pull the console down and disconnect the door switch (connector on the left side).
6. (optional) Remove the screws that hold the door on. I personally do this when working on this kind of machine because it makes the door panel easier to handle without having the door continually fly open.
7. Remove the 2 screws for the front panel that were exposed when removing the console.
8. Remove the top panel of the machine (10 screws I think).
9. Remove front panel. This panel will be released when you unscrew the 4 screws holding the top panel so be careful to not get hit.
10. Disconnect the drive belt. Remember which way it goes for reassembly.
11. Lift the drum assembly up approx 1 inch and pull drum out.

Now you should be able to replace the rear bearing. Be careful to place the steel ball in the correct location on the plastic piece with grease before putting it in place. Another set of hands helps with replacing the plastic bearing part. If you are replacing the ball stud (which I would if you are replacing the bearing), make sure the screws are all the way in and tight. The new part won't have threads and will make it hard to put the screws in.
