No I mean they want to listen to you but they think listening to girls or anyone is not right!how can I get him to not think that way??

If you think that's what a relationship is about you need some serious help dealing with people. In any sort of relationship, communication needs to be a two way street where both parties can talk to each other and both parties listen to the other sides views and thoughts

You can't make any one do anything.

And yeah. You can't force this person to listen. If they want to listen then they'll listen. If they're telling you they want to listen, but they aren't listening. Then they're lying to you or there's something wrong with them.
