What is relevant range and relevant information?

"Relevant range" is a term used in managerial accounting, but this was post in finance so not sure. In a managerial context it means within a production range that covers everything inside a particular capacity level. i.e. you can make zero to 10,000 units of something with current capacity.
"Relevant information" could mean about 3 million different things. It's exactly what it says it is: information that is relevant to whatever you are doing.
