Hi, msgoddes!
Would it be possible for you to provide an image of it here? Doing so might help. Also, are there any numbers, letters or words on the back of it? If there might be, what are they, please?
We don't guarantee results, but we can try!
Thanks!

I just bought a Centurion at an antique shop. The time is adjusted by tightening the nut on the pendulum to make it gain time and losening the nut to slow it down. The length of the pendulun determines the clock speed. The longer it is the slower it runs. I hope this helps.
