I can't make out this artist name. This picture was purchased by my grandmother a very long time ago. I inherited this picture only because the family was trashing it. More of a rescue, that an inheritance... It's still in the same frame that I have always known it to be in. I'm afraid to take it apart. It's an oil painting and that's all I know. There is writing under the artist name. Could it be the place he was painting? I would really appreciate your help. Thank You. Ree

It is Albert Wenk or a lookalike. If its Albert you have something. If I can figure out how to post an image again, I will. Else you can Google "albert wenk artist, pick up the artnet result and look at the signature and paint style.
