If they have a Yahoo account it's probably a scam. If you are trying to get into nursing the program you would be looking at would have a legitimate email address. ANYONE can open a Yahoo account.

It's most likely a scam if they don't have an email address that is legitimate. Please don't send them your money.
Do you have the website address by chance?

[email protected] three smell big time of scam. Last one doesn't seem to fit the pattern since their domain actually has a website: Immigration, work visas and work permit services (http://www.workpermit.com/) but the talk about it would lead me to keep my money away from them:

I'm sorry, but all questions and answers need to stay on the board here. You never know where the next scam will come from. By keeping our conversations here you are protected from being scammed by the moderators of the site.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand. What about my workplace? I've been awake for almost 24 hours now, and get confused quite easily. Can you expand to help me understand please?

First off don't expect to get a job by replying to spam, that'll never happen. I have no idea where you live so it's best for you to contact local agencies that have actual offices. Even though I am a guy that makes a living managing websites I am very leery of online-only HR sites since they are prime scam material. Good luck. Remember to trust emails only from those companies that *you* have contacted first.
