What would think would be the easiest way to run can lights in my ceiling with out constantly going up and down into the attick, since I am by myself?

If they are Remodeling Cans, Cut your holes, then Loop from hole to hole your romex or wiring, Make connections underneath, then secur to ceiling.
If Drywall is up, and you are using New Construction Cans, same thing, after making connections, secure cans.
