I don't look fat at all, but at some point I started gaining wieght and my stomach started to get fatter and fatter. All I want to do is get rid of it because the fat in there doesn't look quite nice. I'd be glad to hear an answer on ohw to lose my belly fat.:o

Thanks

What weight are you, and what age and height? What size is your waist and your hips? It's quite possible that you are just normal, and only think you are fat because you are seeing photos of models and thinking that is what is normal.

My wieght is 102.8 lbs, I'm 14, my hight is 4 ft. 10 in, my waist's size is 29 inch, the size of my hips is 33 inch.

What do u think?

There's a rule of thumb with children that the waist should be half the height. You do the maths, but you sound exactly average to me.

I suspect that the real problem is that you are maturing, and your body is changing to a shape you are not used to. Just make a point of eating well (lots of fresh food, vegetables and fruit, as little sugar and fried junk as possible), getting exercise, getting enough sleep, and let Nature do the rest.

Move your belly portion in round shape for 10 to 15 min. and eat rice because it contains starch and it helps to maintain the belly fat. I'm a science student and I also had the same problem of belly then I consulted from a doctor he said that if you would eat rice it would help you a lot to reduce your belly weight...
