My Ultra-155 locked out with a blower fault. If I remove the connector with the control signals the blower takes off. When I put it back in, the fan stops. My signals from the U-Control show blower out = 0 and RPM in = 0. V+ to V- is about 40 volts.

Can this be fixed? If not is the problem with the blower or the U-Control
