I assume you want emancipation so you can stop support. What does your support agreement say? This is normally spelled out there.

No conditions? Just until 21? If so, you are stuck

That didn't quite seem fair so I looked it up. See an attorney concerning the matter because there are special conditions.
Please see Court Forms for Self-Represented Litigants (http://www.in.gov/judiciary/selfservice/forms/)
Specifically - end child support of emancipated child with agreement on all issues Verified Petition to Terminate Child Support Due to Emancipation of Minor Child(ren) with an Agreement (http://www.in.gov/judiciary/selfservice/forms/cs-term-agree.html)
More likely to be - end child support of emancipated child without agreement on all issues Verified Petition to Terminate Child Support Due to Emancipation of Minor Child(ren) without an Agreement (http://www.in.gov/judiciary/selfservice/forms/cs-term-noagree.html)

The child can not be emancipated because he is already an adult. You should get a lawyer in your area and go back to court in order to have the support order stopped because the child is no longer a child making adult decisions like to drop out of school. Of course you will have to show proof that he is no longer attending school.
