A change in working capital for the year 2008 is -618. Can anyone tell me please how they arrived at this figure? The link to the TP Group report is below:
http://www.tp-ir.pl/Display.aspx?MasterId=ec339b06-0580-46b0-9acd-95189732829a&NavigationId=1165 ('the standalone report')

Would appreciate any help.

Hint: see that little world in the toolbar, between the big A and the little picture that looks like a mountain? That's for links. Click on that and paste your link in there, so it actually shows up as a link like this:
CP Telekompolska - 2008 (http://www.tp-ir.pl/Display.aspx?MasterId=ec339b06-0580-46b0-9acd-95189732829a&NavigationId=1165)

As for the question, I have no clue, cause the change in working capital is 2,421,000. Unless working capital in whatever country that place is in is done differently than what I know, but I've never heard of that.
