Do you happen to know how long the jail time would be? Or does it depend on the city state etc?

What was the prison time indicated in the final disposition of the conviction? The person violating probation may be sent to prison to serve the entire sentence. No, you don't get credit for time out on probation. Look at your final dispo paperwork to see what the consequences can/will be and the judge will rule accordingly.

Well it was for domestic violence and there wasn't a sentence bail had to just be paid of 500 dollars but it doesn't say how long jail could be. It just says jail time could be served. The final thing was the girl probation for a year and the guy 2 years. So I don't know.
