I replaced the bathroom stem seats and after doing so turn the hot and cold shut off valves back on and there is no water coming out of the tap. What is wrong and how do I fix it?

Start by removing the aerator to see if it became clogged with debris. After that if no improvement close the stops under the sink and remove both stems. Cover stem hole with towel and start to slowly oopen the stop, do you get a flow??
