My hunter Ceiling fan/light kit and remote has worked great for 3 years. I pushed the power button the other day and there was a pop and the light did not come on. I replaced the transmiter battery (nothing). I replaced the remote (Transmiter and receiver) and inspected all the wire connections, but the lights still did not work.
Can you give me any suggestions on repairing my light?
Thank you
Glenn

Do you have power going to the light circuit? Are the bulbs in good condition? Have you tried bypassing the remote and connecting the lights directly to "hot" to see if they come on?

I have 115 volts at ceiling, I put a new remote receiver & transmitter in but still no voltage out the bottom to the light. I will try bypassing the remote next.
Thank you

Does the fan have pullchains?
Pop = receiver problems, usually. Contact Hunter for replacement parts.

Yes it does.

Since it has pullchains, you can just remove the receiver and wire the fan without it.
