Cannot get internet,all I am getting is msls5l.dll. Have tried to click on this but it still the same what can I do .I am on my daughters lap top I cannot download on mine.

My computer cannot download windows,all I'm getting is Msls51.dll,when I click on it ,itcomes back again saying the same . What can I do.
