Im trying to find out when do I go to court

What is my court date

Look at your summons, ask your attorney, check with the court.

Not sure how you expect us to know.

Call the Clerk of Court's office, give them your name and ask them when your court date is before what judge and in what courtroom and be there at least 15 minutes ahead of time.

And one may not have been set yet, if this is a felony of some level, you may be arrested, posted bail, and now they are making their case and it could be months to go to trial.

Your attorney can of course ask for a speedy trial, if they are dragging it out
