I am looking for some good hair treatments. I used to bleach my hair often and I never used to get it cut, so it became pretty damaged. Now I want to grow my hair and I am looking for good treatments to help make it healthier. I still dye it every 3-4 months but I do it dark now, no more bleaching. Right now I am using a Moroccan oil treatment for dry and damaged hair, but I'm not sure if I like it. So any suggestions would help, thanks.

Every now and then I use a olive oil for a hot oil treatment. Heat up about an ounce of olive oil until warm, it doesn't take long. Work into your hair (you are giving your hair a hot oil treatment) massage well, cover with a hot damp towel and leave on for about l0 minutes. Shampoo as you normally do, the olive oil washes out well. You can safely doe this as much as possible. You will definitely find a difference and it won't cost you anything if you keep olive oil for cooking purposes.
I would suggest though, get your ends trimmed every so often for the first month or two.

I have heard of this before but I wasn't sure if it would work, but I take your word for it, thanks for the suggestion.
