Obviously, break up the routine as much as you can. When you have lunch, and during any break times, put your feet up... elevating them is even better. Be sure that you stay well hydrated as well.

Since it has been a few months, I would just go in and see your doctor. They will test in the office. Either you are pregnant or something else is going on to cause you to not be having your periods. Your doctor would want to see you either way.
