I installed an American Standard UltraValve 11 years ago. The product has been discontinued and is not functioning properly. Does anyone have parts for this valve? 2353.301

Hi Pipedoc...
I wish I could be more helpful here, but to start with I'm going to ask you the most basic question... O.K?
Did you contact American Standard directly? If not, that's where I would start... ;) Check them out here at the customer service page:
American Standard Customer Service (http://www.americanstandard-us.com/customerservice/)
Back to you...

Yep, 3 times. I'm a master also. They gave me 3 phone #'s, all led to dead end. I contacted Dan Holahan today, hoping that will lead somewhere.
If not, it is going to be a very expensive repair for the customer.

Nice that you're trying to save the customer some money, but sometimes the customer simply has to take the hit... huh? At least you know you're exhausting all options!
Sorry, couldn't help more...

Pipe Doc,
That name rings a bell. Didn't we post together some years back on the old AskMe or All Experts.
My handle was the same back then.

Nah speedball, wasn't me. I just joined a couple of days ago. But if you need a pipe fixed, I can handle it... lol

Hi Steve,
Not a good practice to display your E-Mail address so I deleted it and your last name. If you wish to contact Pipe Doc send him a PM. Thanks Tom

I know it has been a very long time since this was originally posted.
Was there ever a source for parts located for American Standard 2353.301?
Or does anyone know of a substitute for the transformer?
Thanks in advance,
Ken
