1. I was on H4 visa during the year 2009 and got my H1 valid from October 2009.
I started working since October 2009.

2. For the year 2008 I filed my taxes along with my wife under "married filing jointly".

3. We had a child born on February 24, 2009 and she was with us till September 2009, before leaving for India with her grandparents.

4. Since October 2009, I have my named removed from my wife's dependent's list and my daughter is still on her.

What forms do I need to fill in for me and for my wife?
