I received a offer letter from a reputed company, how should I know it is genuine, they said I should make visa by consulting embassy by showing offer letter they will reimburse when I visit there in ghana, how should I know that this is genuine one.

Did you actually apply for a job from these people?
If not file it under SCAM.
