Pmt is pre menstral tension
There's a big difference in the two,depending on your age,I can suggest a herbal remedy that may help,or contact your local health store.
If you feel your anixety is high on a scale of one to ten the highest being ten,if you feel your seven or over I suggest a visit to your gp for advice.
Edit; just to add,if you want to try the herbal remedies and your on medication,check first that the herbal will not affect any meds.
