How can u detect if melika magic cream is fake?

LOL! A better question would be how do you detect which one is REAL?
I have seen so many versions of this product in so many forms.
From the labels to the jars, I'm most familiar with the ones that look like prescription pill bottles.

Melika magic cream
Amira Magic Cream
Pervil Magic Cream
Jameela Magic Cream
Erika Magic Cream

These have been talked about on the boards for years, never had any interest in them. Are they supposed to be natural or hydroquinone based lighteners? I wouldn't know a real magic cream if I had it.
