You don't have to have outlook express to open links. Outlook Express isn't a "link-going" program. It's just one way to handle emails. What email do you have? Are they blocking links for some reason?

First make sure you really do want to go to the link and that you know what it is, because it's a good way to get viruses. Be sure that you can confirm the email is from someone you know or that you were expecting an email with a link in it.

If you're sure you want to go there, highlight over it, copy it and paste it directly into the URL in your browser. You don't have to use the "link" - that's just a fast, direct way to do it.
