My ex is on unsupervised probation for 2 more years in a neighboring county. (supposed to be 2 years good behavior) He has recently violated our visitation order with our daughter by failing to provide a smoke free environment for our daughter, we go to court in a few weeks on that, also CSE is taking him to court for violation of court ordered Child Support, he hasn't paid and is $4000.00 in arrears. Will the neighboring county find out about these violations and revoke his probation? We live in Virginia. He had a felony theft charge that was reduced to a misdemeaner served 10 days of his 365 day sentence (they had suspended 345 days and gave him the probation!)

Those sound like civil violations and not criminal violations. His regular probation may not be violated over these. You could, however, forward a copy of the final disposition of each of the civil violations cases to his PO and let them decide to violate him or not. You can get the final dispo copies at the Clerk's Office for about 25 cents a page. It's public info if it's heard in open court.
