Can I run a electric stove, washer and central a/c on 100 amp service? My water heater, dryer and furnace is gas. Thanks in advance.

Need to know the total square footage of livable space of the home, and a list of any other major electric appliances to do a load calculation. Also need to know the size of the AC unit.
