What do I need to ask the court of I can leave the state of California for two weeks. My po says okay but I need permission from the court.

You need to get written permission from your PO to leave the state. You do not have to ask the Court. Be sure to get the written permission and carry it with you and treat the paper like gold until you get back. And when you do get back please contact your PO and let them know you are back in their county.
