I just bought this from bestbuy a few days ago and I installed it. When I tried to use the buttons, it didn't work. So I found out that it was because of the button manager. It said to just manually start it up where it downloaded. When I tried that it said button manager has stop working and it gave no reason why. I reinstalled the web cams stuff twice and it didn't work. Should I return it and ask for a different one or is there something I can do to fix this?

If a second one does the same thing, check for software updates on HP's web site for your operating system. A call to HP tech support might also be helpful.
