My boyfriend sleep with a girl when he went to miami Florida she got pregnant and is now saying the baby is his. Although he has never taken a paternity test the state of Florida has took a order of child support out against him with no establishment of paternity. Can they do that?

I'm quite sure that you don't want to hear this but here's the truth: your boyfriend is lying. Unless he signed a paternity acknowledgement or paternity has been established through a court-ordered DNA test, no court is going to order him to pay support of any kind.

They may have established paternity through default if he didn't show up for any of the hearings or contest the petition for child support. And if that's what happened, that takes a while so... ask him about it. He would have been served and would have had the option to contest the paternity.
