I had a house build by a developer-RBA. Was asked to view/check house in June 2008 and pointed issues that needed to be fxd. Unfortunately not in writing. Seems the project manager gave a wrong report there office saying I am refusing to take ownership. I didn't move since then until in November 2009 when the bank decided that they will auction the house. Now some of the electrical work was not done according to plan, kitchen tap leaks, plaster alling off, etc.
Is there help to sort this out or claim for damages or something

Take pictures of everything and go to court.

Yes. That would be an attorney. That's what attorneys do.
It is not clear exactly what either you or the bank wants. You invested money in the project? Is the bank seeking restitution from you?

The bank financed the house. Now because of the problems that were present, I delayed moving and I didn't start repaying my bond, so the bank wanted to reposess/auction. Then I felt my name was going to damaged, then moved in and am trying to sort it out while staying in the house
