Hi guys,, I need some answers please , I met my boyfriend while he was on parole which should be up in April 2010... two weeks ago he got in a fight with his room mate which neighbours called the police and they came... my boyfriend got arrested... he is now in county jail waiting a hearing... what happens now... what do you think the maximum sentence is that he may get... do they usually allow him to serve the remaining time in prison/jail... he is from New York but he moved down here(fla) after he got out on parole in 2005.. he has been doing great... he worked as an engineer and he was doing the right thing until this incident.I need help...

Is he on parole or probation? Big difference.
