Hi I have been lifting weights for about two month now eating good healthy food, and taking protein shakes at least three times a day. The problem is I am not gaining weight I am in fact losing weight. Why? I am lifting three days a week for at least an hour a day if not longer, but I am not gaining I am only getting more toned.

Why your not. Simple you don't no how to train.3 times a week does not mean . Trust me listen to my advice and you should be on your way to growth. Heavy compuond exersices with low repsput the most mass on u.oh you by the way... SQUAT. U don't do it and you simply won't grow. Now eat 1-2 grams of protein per pound you weigh and 4 carbs per pound. 20 cals per pound. Eat every2-3 hours. Eat protein with sugar carbs right after you train train under 50 minutes. Urnew split should be this. Day 1;biceps,triceps and forarms day 2;quads hams calves lower back, day 3;rest, day 4;chest lats delts traps followed by 2 days of rest then repeat. Do 6 sets for biceps 9 fore triceps, 4 for forarms, 10 for quads,7for hams,6 for calves and 5 sets of deadlifts for your lowerback,10 sets for chest 10 sets for lats and 9 for delts and 4 for traps. There you go no get your of the computer and lift.
