I have a great TransUnion score and want to apply for a good card that only pulls and consults with TransUnion credit services for new card applications.

I agree with Scott. Unless you are getting your credit card through a small private bank, chances are they will be pulling at least 2 if not all 3 credit bureaus and using the average of the scores they pull. Much of that will also depend on the area you live in. Experian is not very widely used in my area, but Transunion and Equifax are. JP Morgan Chase will use both in this area, but for a car loan, I can get them to use the higher score of the 2 to determine interest rate unless there is a huge variance in the score.
