Hi,
We have a radiant heating system in the kitchen area. The Grundfos circulation pump was installed by previous owner. It was working fine until about a week ago when we had a power outage for about 7 hours in cold weather, it is not making a low sound that seems like it is running non-stop. (Like a machine turned off but not turning off... not a bad noise but it's a machine running sound, like when you leave a faucet on... )
And I noticed that the power light is on but the pump light is red.

Is this how it's suppose to be?
The Grundfos circulation pump model I have is UPS 15-42 F.

Please help!
