I heard about that there is a way to build solar panels for under $200.00 dollars, and I want to know if it is possible to do so. If so does it actually save on power because my wife is disable and requires several machines to survive & requires 24 hour supervision a day. Machines that are very expensive to run on electricity! I don't have an Air Conditioner unit and my bill runs about $150.00 to $250.00 a month. Unfortunately on today's economy It is getting extremely expensive to run a home with only my wife's retirement!
