K so I heard about this diet that was claimed to work WONDERS. It includes 2 main things. Absoloute Acai and Colon Cleanse. I have a few questions about this.
1: Has anyone tried it, if so does it work?
2: Should I really be convinced? I have had Acai before and it has helped with energy levels
3: Is there a retail store in London Ontario that sells these 2 products?
4: If yes to the above question, about how expensive are they?
5: My daughter wants to try it, is it good for pre teens or will it damage any thing or stunt her growth in any way?

Thanks if you want to answer questions please label them as they are labeled above. I would also be happy to receive any related stories. I like to talk to people.

Thanks for the help :)

I'm glad you are not convinced, because it doesn't work.

It won't damage your daughter but it won't do anything special for her either.

Acai are berries which have a high level of anti-oxidant. That's all. There is nothing in them to make you lose weight, and considering how expensive they are, you'd be much better off buying some fresh blueberries or whatever berries are local to you and in season.

Come on, if they really worked, don't you think doctors would be prescribing them? Instead, the internet is full of stories of people who lost 47lb in 10 days (not possible or healthy) but none of those people seem to exist when you try to find them. I bet your spam filter is full of e-mails offering to sell you acai berries. None of them mention you can buy them in your local health food shop.
