My ex-husband and I share joint physical custody of my 18 month old daughter. The baby spends 2 days with me and two days with her father and then 3 days with me and three days with her father. My ex-husband refuse to provide me with the name of the person providing daycare services for our daughter while she is in his care. He works full-time. What can I do to obtain this contact information.

Its your right to know as it is a "service" being provided to your daughter. Just like you don't have separate doctors either. Daycare should have been a decision made by the both of you no matter who is using it. Now if it were a babysitter for a night out that would be different.
