Can you have more than 2 names on the deed to house you are going to buy?

Hope you draw up a legal document beforehand spelling out exactly what happens in the case of a disagreement of one or more people. Such as right to buy out the interests of another party and at what cost in case of a disagreement pertaining to any number of reasons, EVEN if its among family.

Because otherwise even one person can get the courts to force a partition sale against the wishes of the majority.

If you are doing this as an investment... you might be better off forming a corporation and naming that on the deed. Under the terms above I mentioned.

A lawyer in that field of specialty can give you better advice on how to do that.
