The machine is draining out of the bottom I don't think it's a clog could the hose be loose at the bottom

Yup! It certainly sounds like a loosened hose. Disconnect the machine and pull it forward... get ahold of the hose and wiggle it... see if it pulls off. If so, you should just need to push it back onto the fitting at the base of the machine to fix the issue. To be sure it doesn't happen again you could purchase a SS hose clamp and clamp it up.
