My new Lab puppy will pee outside, we leave her out there for a while, then bring her in within a minut she has pooped like 3 times. What do I do?

She's only a baby still, and I'm hoping at 8 weeks of age you have only had her a few days.
Just keep being consistent. If she poops inside quickly race her outside to show her that's where she is supposed to go.
If she poops outside shower her with praise.

It's a huge transition for a little puppy to go from potting in the den next to mom, to having to go outside where its possibly cold and (at this time) not very fun. Make going outside fun. You might need to go out with puppy every time for a good couple of weeks until the pup understands that outside is where potty happens. Always praise puppy when he goes outside. If you catch puppy going potty inside, don't scare/punish too aggressively. Just interrupt the pup, you can say "no", or "eh eh" then immediately take puppy outside with an upbeat, happy tone of "Outside"
Even though most people don't like the idea of puppies pottying in the house, its till a good thing at this age. You can correct the problem, and direct the puppy to the correct place. You never want to scold the puppy, rub its face in its potty or chase it around with a rolled up newspaper. That's all old school, and quite honestly, it doesn't work. Those types of techniques (if you will) will scare the puppy and then the puppy will start to sneak off into back rooms to potty, which is VERY hard to break.
Just take everything with a grain of salt... your puppy will get it! Dogs are smart! :)
