I'm the guardian of my 5 year old grand daughter I'v had her since she was 4 months. This was suppose to be a temporary situation until my daughter got her stuff together and 4 years later things have not yet changed. Now my daughter has had a second child with a man that is a convicted pedophile and has to report every 3 months for the rest of his life. Is he suppose to report that he has fathered a child? I'm worried for my new grand daughter, and I will not let him spend any time around the grand daughter I have custody of. My daughter has not made any attempt to better her situation, in addition she is behind on her child support 1300.00 her drivers licenses is suspended and she has a warrant out for her arrest. What is going to happen to my grand daughter? Do I have any rights? If they catch up with her will they bring the baby to me as I already have Full Guardianship of her 1st child?
