In nov 2009 I bought Bosch made perticular dryer and washer and was paid in full ,to be delivered on 4 days later. They never delivered the products we ordered but after many many telephones calls and personal visits now they(bosch dealer in state PA) wants to switch the products of their choice and some of the products can be delivered with many more exra $, I made 75+ calls and 15+ personal visits. And he made 10+false promises and not a one was kept.and now after more than two months he is asking me to get money back.so did he missed his time limit ? Should not he replace the product with other equal or better but not as per his way? Since he claims the product we order is not available which is the model# is in receiptwe order with his help.so we are cheated? Or we are involved in a fraud ? You visted a reputable dealership for Bosch products which are well known and respected here in Canada, you ordered what you wanted and never got it!

After many telephone calls, personal visits, you never got what you wanted. What line where these people handing to you after this. And you paid in full!

Yes you are involved in a fraud and you lost your money, now you have to find these people, was it a store ? You know where and what they are, and you want us to tell you what to do?? I know what I would do.

Get the police involved for heavens sake. They walked all over you and on top of that, have your money. I would not let this rest.
