I am 20 yrs old! I live in West Virginia. I already graduated high school and am now attending college, I have never met my father. He was ordered to pay child support, but never did. I would like to sue him myself to help my mother out. Is this possible?

Your mother should have taken him to court while you were still a minor. You cannot take him to court to pay back support. Your mother would have to do this. Was there any kind of child support order entered?

NO you can not do anything. If you mother wants to, she can go back to enforce the current child support order.
