I've acquired a G3 from an acquaintance and he has forgotten the password as he hasn't used it for a couple of years. It seems to work fine up to the point that I need to enter the password how do I get into the computer to use it? I have no discs with the OS as he lost them.

Buy a used os cheap on eBay... boot from the cd... I believe there's an option to reset the password. But you need a disc
